I was fortunate enough to witness Yolanda’s work in different roles and was amazed by her versatility.

On one hand, she has a very good business overview, understands easily complex processes and can identify weaknesses in the organization, proving the ability to address difficult, uncomfortable situations with much determination and self-mastery.

On the other hand, she is an experienced therapist with a high degree of diplomacy, confidence and discreetness, dealing tactfully with people in difficult situations or asking for real help, really passionate and committed for each and every persons.

She is a true friend, always there when in need, but most importantly she is a mentor and a role model for the teenagers in their difficult search for values and real truth.
